About the Role:
As an Interior Technical Designer you will play a pivotal role in showcasing your proficiency in AutoCAD to produce accurate technical drawings. Your responsibilities will extend to collaborating with team members, formulating project briefs, and engaging with clients to understand and deliver on their goals.
Key Requirements:
- Proven Expertise: Showcase your proven experience in technical design using AutoCAD within the interior design field.
- Adaptability: While the primary focus is on retail and commercial sector, adaptability to contribute to various sectors, in particularly residential, is a valued trait.
- Innovative Design Approach: Bring your creative flair to the table, balancing functionality with aesthetic considerations in the commercial, hospitality or residential sectors.
- Collaborative Mindset: Thrive in a collaborative work environment, actively engaging with colleagues to contribute to collective success.
- Well-versed in UK Building Regulations
- Strong technical design ability and knowledge
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in technical design using AutoCAD in an interior design context.
- Demonstrated expertise in AutoCAD software; experience in visualization software is advantageous.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, coupled with the ability to express ideas visually.
- Thorough understanding of UK best practice standards for architectural design and construction.
