As a 3D Visualiser at the company, you will collaborate with out client’s Design teams to develop and produce concepts and graphics that effectively communicate projects to clients through high-quality images. Working within their integral Design team, you will contribute to the design, construction, and completion of projects.

Main Responsibilities:

• Collaborating closely with the design teams to prepare and create 3D visualisations.
• Understanding design concepts and translating them into visually compelling graphic representations.
• Reproducing architects’ concepts accurately or creatively interpreting and designing graphic representations, photo-realistic 3D renderings, and animations.
• Precisely interpreting architectural illustrations, 2D CAD files, and other 3D modelling data to produce captivating imagery.
• Developing and managing a software library tailored to architectural rendering requirements.
• Assisting the broader teams in streamlining workflows and providing support and training to architectural and landscape staff to improve visual elements as an integrated part of the design process.
• Efficiently modelling and converting data sets from CAD or other 3D modelling software.
• Conducting 2D image compositing, finishing, and retouching operations on 3D renderings.
• Exploring and implementing new technologies (both hardware and software) to enhance our services, elevate visual quality, and boost efficiency, including the adoption of new rendering engines, pipelines, assets, and emerging trends such as virtual reality.

Essential Experience & Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and experience:

• Visualisation or Architectural qualifications or equivalent Technical Diploma from an accredited institute.
• Proven post-qualification experience in producing high-quality architectural/interior still images and animations.
• Proficiency in 3D Max 2018, Corona, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Affinity Photo, AutoCAD, and other graphic or rendering plugin software.
• Solid understanding of creating models from architectural plans, sketches, and elevations, along with knowledge of visualization and photorealistic rendering techniques.
• Familiarity with animation, video, and compositing is beneficial.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills to build and maintain collaborative relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• High professional integrity.
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and independently when required.
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
• Proactive approach, initiative, and autonomy in work.
• Good awareness of design trends and creative innovations.
