Workplace Strategist. Singapore. 7K-10K Sing Dollars per month.
In this Workplace Strategist position, you will work closely with the Head of Strategy on a variety of projects across South East Asia! As part of a small team within a large organization, you will handle workplace strategy and change management projects for a diverse group of clients that include notable Fortune 500 companies, developers, financial institutions, and law offices. Your portfolio will range from small scale 20k square foot change management projects, to large scale 500k square foot projects in developing countries. Through deep research and careful observation, it is your job to draw insights and uncover opportunities that enable clients to have a stronger understanding of how the organization functions, their current ways of working and their future workplace needs. As you present your findings you will inspire conversations that link client’s business objectives with their innovative solutions and project goals.
Partner with Strategy Team Lead in the generation of strategies that address clients’ workplace concerns.
Lead the strategy efforts on smaller projects, managing client expectations and decision making
Provide recommendations to clients, as a thought leader with respect to workplace planning, design, architecture, wellness and sustainability by having a strong understanding of current ways of working within the organization, their future needs, and their aspirations.
Collect and analyse qualitative and quantitative data by engaging with stakeholders at all levels of the organization, to ensure that business goals are achieved, to support the planning studies that will serve as a basis for the development of a purposeful and impactful design solution
Prepare reports and briefs that translate large quantities of information into concise visual recommendations to enable clients to make informed decisions around their real estate portfolio and workplace
Research and analyse global shifts and trends in work behaviours to develop and improve recommendations with respect to the physical, digital and social workplaces; research the development and application of new tools that assess, measure and enhance performance as it relates to humans within an organization
Support business development efforts by providing materials demonstrating the value-add that strategy brings to the firm’s effort
Travel to clients throughout Southeast Asia; actively listen to clients to ensure our responses are accurate, clear, and concise

Qualifications & Key Competencies
Bachelor’s degree in a Design related field and 3+ years of experience in any design or real estate industry roles
Excellent organizational, planning and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail, and the ability to multitask, change priorities quickly, and communicate design ideas quickly/clearly.
Graphic design skills with working knowledge of Adobe InDesign; CAD and/or SketchUp are assets
Able to communicate and work effectively with members of our global team; comfortable with technology for virtual collaboration and mobile work
Excellent oral and written communication, strong interpersonal and influencing skills, customer service driven, detail oriented and excellent analytical skills
Familiarity with concepts such as workplace strategy, strategic planning, user experience, service design, programming and/or design guidelines will be a plus.
