Our client is seeking a highly motivated Senior/Strong Mid Designer to join the dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have approximately 5 years of experience and be proficient in Revit and Enscape. The candidate should possess a strong design-focused mindset and be able to demonstrate a strong portfolio that showcases a conceptual and storytelling approach.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the project team to develop innovative design solutions that meet client requirements
- Create and develop project design concepts from schematic design through construction documents
- Develop and produce detailed technical drawings and specifications
- Conduct site visits and meetings with clients to review design progress and ensure project requirements are met
- Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends and technologies
- Manage and coordinate with consultants, contractors, and suppliers
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior staff members
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Interior Design or Architecture
- Approximately 5 years of experience in the field of Interior Design or Architecture
- Proficiency in Revit and Enscape
- Strong portfolio that demonstrates a conceptual and storytelling approach
- Experience with both traditional and design-build (D&B) projects is preferred
- Knowledge of furniture and manufacturers beyond the usual D&B ones is desirable
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Self-motivated and able to work independently
