As a Change Manager and Design Strategist, you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact on both project and studio levels:

  • Lead and collaborate with project teams to ensure successful project execution.
  • Apply your expertise in Workplace and Organizational Psychology to drive change within the organization.
  • Develop and deliver project-specific change management plans.
  • Contribute to the development and validation of project scopes, budgets, and services.
  • Participate in marketing and business development efforts to secure new projects.
  • Mentor and lead teams in design reviews and community engagement.
  • Conduct research on workplace trends and share your insights with the team.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • 8+ years of relevant experience.
  • Strong communication and graphic design skills.
  • Proficiency in writing and storytelling.
  • Problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.
