Responsibilities:
- Ensure successful delivery of project-based BIM management services, adhering to ISO 19650 standards.
- Develop comprehensive BIM Execution Plans based on client’s Employer’s Information Requirements (EIRs).
- Facilitate BIM Kick-off Workshops to review relevant documentation with stakeholders.
- Conduct regular model reviews, clash detection studies, and data compliance checks.
- Prepare and distribute reports summarizing model review results.
- Organize BIM Coordination Workshops to promote collaboration and coordination.
- Provide technical guidance as required.
- Support BIM Director in responding to relevant Request for Proposals (RFPs).
- Create project-specific BIM management processes and templates.
- Contribute to the development of the company’s internal BIM structure.
Qualifications, Experience, and Skills:
- Extensive experience in project-based BIM management.
- Proficient understanding of ISO 19650 and UK building construction principles.
- Advanced knowledge of Autodesk Revit and Autodesk Construction Cloud.
- Familiarity with Revizto, Solibri, and Power BI.
- Highly organized, proactive, and self-disciplined.
- Strong passion for digital design and innovative deliverable methodologies.
Note: The successful candidate will oversee project-based BIM management services, ensuring compliance with ISO 19650 and driving the development of BIM processes and templates. Proficiency in Autodesk Revit, Autodesk Construction Cloud, and other relevant software tools is essential.
