Job Purpose:

The primary responsibility of the Bid Coordinator is to collaborate with the Design and Bids team to develop exceptional and tailored pitch proposals and documentation for our clients.

Role Overview:

  • Collaborate with the Design and Bid Coordination team to create bespoke and impactful bid documents.
  • Contribute ideas to enhance bid processes, improve win rates, and elevate graphic content.
  • Stay updated on digital and industry trends relevant to bid coordination.
  • Possess proficient technical skills in Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft software, and design for print, digital, and media platforms.
  • Leverage in-depth understanding of clients’ branding and values to craft compelling pitch presentation materials.
  • Provide support to the Marketing and Communications team by creating high-quality collateral for business development.
  • Generate graphic assets and offer graphic support across various departments, including events, recruitment ads, and company presentations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop original and creative visual concepts for bid materials.
  • Ensure design aligns with branding guidelines and maintain high-quality standards.
  • Ensure message quality, format, and content are consistent with the brief and guidelines.
  • Proficiently use Adobe Creative Cloud and Microsoft Office tools.
  • Take accountability for work, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
  • Collaborate with the Project Designer to conceptualize document ideas.
  • Effectively manage tasks and time to meet client deadlines.

Key Qualifications:

  • 4 or more years of experience with a Design and Build fit-out company.
  • Hold a degree qualification.
  • Proficient in InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, and PowerPoint.
  • Familiar with print production processes, file preparation, and working with external print companies.
  • Skilled in cross-departmental collaboration to ensure clear strategy and accurate creative content.
  • Demonstrated ability to create high-quality documentation using InDesign, aligned with bid/pitch requirements.
  • Experience working effectively under pressure and meeting tight deadlines.
  • Strong English language skills (written and verbal).
  • Possess a flexible and collaborative team-oriented attitude.
