Architect/Architectural Technician

We are seeking an experienced Architect or Architectural Technician with exceptional proficiency in Revit to join one of our Interiors Studios. In this role, you will work on one of two prestigious projects in the tech and financial sectors, where you will be responsible for key project Architect/Architectural Technician tasks and have full exposure to all aspects of the project.

Key Responsibilities:

As the successful candidate, your responsibilities will include:

  • Working closely with a large project team
  • Liaising with contractors and specialist trade contractors
  • Conducting site visits to inspect the progress of the works
  • Regularly updating and managing the Revit model
  • Creating technical Revit packages
  • Assisting the Delivery Director on design documentation
  • Managing planning, tender, construction, building regulations, and landlord’s approval stages of design documentation
  • Coordinating consultant services drawings and models
  • Collaborating on project setup and management

Qualifications, Skills, and Experience:

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications, skills, and experience:

  • A qualification in Architecture or Architectural Technology
  • Solid post-qualification industry experience
  • Exceptional proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and Microsoft Office
  • Experience working on large-scale commercial projects
  • Experience in all stages of a project with a particular focus on RIBA Stage 4-5
  • Experience managing a complex Revit model and coordinating with other consultants
  • Strong working knowledge of other software such as Word, Excel, NBS Specific Manager, InDesign, Photoshop, SketchUp, and V-Ray Rendering (desirable)

  • The ability to prepare, develop, and edit drawings and models as they relate to the project
  • A keen eye for attention to detail and accuracy

  • A team player, with a flexible and open attitude towards new ways of working and collaborating
  • Excellent communication skills, both spoken and written, with great interpersonal skills.
